Tran + Thomas is continuing to deliver top interior design services and product, to both our residential and commercial clients, during this time of Covid-19.  We would like to share our continued commitment to safety and how we are able to provide our services in homes and businesses.

One of our core values at Tran + Thomas is stewardship of our community. To do our part to curb the spread of COVID-19, support social distancing, flatten the curve, and to maintain the well-being of our staff, our clients and the community, we have made the decision to institute the below policies as we continue to operate the firm and serve our projects and clients:

Flexible Work Environment – Our entire staff are currently working remotely and effectively using technology and shipping to stay connected and productive. We are committed to safe practices as updated U.S. Surgeon General and other health organizations.

Meetings – We are requesting that as many meetings as possible be held virtually. We are set up to host these meetings and they are running seamlessly.  Should an in person meeting be required (job sites and colors are hard to see through a screen), we are utilizing CDC guidelines.

Travel and Trade Shows – We have suspended all business travel until further notice. We want to reassure our vendors, clients and friends that we are continuing business operations carefully during this time. We care about and support all the businesses, families and friends who are impacted by this crisis.

Design – In addition, with the growing knowledge from health official’s and our own product research, we are able to give our clients not only top designs, but to assist them by recommending possible design features, products and materials that may help in the possible spreading of viruses.  Read more in our three part series.
