This wonderful Mid-century condominium has an incredible location, location, location! Nestled in the heart of the Kansas City Country Club Plaza, it boasts a truly fabulous group of tenants with an appreciation of the building’s wonderful architecture.
With the passage of time, like any home, the amenity spaces needed a little love. Remodeling was to increase not only tenant joy, but increase the value of every single unit in the building!
The design needed to be classic, timeless, comfortable and beautiful ICON Architecture, Centric Construction and Tran + Thomas stepped in to help take the home to many, into a home all of the owners could be incredibly proud of.
THE DESIGN PLAN: Only a few walls would be moved to create a more dazzling entry, efficient mailroom and more comfortable entertainment room. The furniture and fabrics had to be tough as nails, yet be soft and plush. Lighting had to be classic and bright and the bar room was to be beautiful yet functional.
Today, with a gorgeous, full design plan in place, Centric is moving full steam ahead and tenants can’t wait to see the results! Stay tuned for the images of the final design completion in early 2024.
